It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Joe Kaiser formerly of Aurora, Iowa, born in Independence, Iowa, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings K. Kaiser and Fern Kaiser (Rippel); and his siblings-in-law, Lyle, Virgil, Roland, Clarence, Duane, Dale, Yvo, Darrel Lau, Leola Lau, Dorothy Groskurth, Bernice Lau and Margie Lau.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Kaiser of Aurora; his children, Lisa Vande Vorde (George) of Aurora, Doug Kaiser (Audra) of Aurora, Lonna Green (Paul) of Ames and Jodi Behan (Jeff) of Bettendorf; and his grandchildren, Jordan Vande Vorde (Andrea) of Aurora, Dr. Jessica Vande Vorde of St. Charles, Janelle, Jackson Vande Vorde of Ames, Olivia Kaiser of New York City, Chloe Westering (Ethan) of Des Moines, Joseph Kaiser of Ames, Jonathan Green, Angelica Green of Ames, Zachery Behan of Bettendorf, Brandon Behan of Iowa City and Trevor Behan of Ames. He is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings and the recent surge in the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing will be required. Those in attendance are required to wear a mask.
