He is survived by: his wife Marion Rau of Independence; his children, Annette Kress of Winthrop, Mike Rau (Kim) of Aurora and Steve Rau (Missy) of Stanley; his grandchildren, Ryan Kress (Dawn) of Winthrop, Jonathan Kress (Holly) of Winthrop, Blake Rau (Tiffany) of Aurora, Bryan Rau of Aurora and Troy Rau (Tatum) of Aurora; his brother Roger Rau (Kay) of Casa Grande, Arizona; and his sister-in-law Pauline Rau of Oelwein.
