She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenwood and Southwest of Cleghorn. She is survived by: her former husband Gerald Scott of Marcus; her husband Erv Jones of Aurelia, Iowa; and her son Tom Scott (Karen) of Holstein, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Shirley's name to Cherokee Regional Hospice in Cherokee, Iowa.
