He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Heath and Rachael Heath (Zarr); and his son John "Jay" Heath. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary "Muggs"; and his daughters, Deb Lillefloren (Jeff) and Jan Cassel (Mark). He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
