He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Brownmiller and Lela Brownmiller (Cave); his brothers, Harold, Francis "Red" and Ronald Brownmiller; his niece Rose Marie Meyer; his great-nephew Cody Hazenwinkel; and his great-nieces, Desiree Meyer and Jessica Minor.
He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Borrink; his children, David Brownmiller (Erin) and Laura Rosenau; his granddaughters, Nicole Brownmiller and Eden Rosenau; his sister Carolyn Meyer (Bob); his nieces, Roxy Richard (Bob), Deb Lucas (Chad), Teresa Hazenwinkel (Daryl), Ruth Watts and Tabitha; his nephew Steve Brownmiller (Kathy); and his goddaughter Brien Kennedy (Richard). He is also survived by 19 great nieces and nephews, and 24 great great nieces and nephews.
