She was predeceased by: her father George William; her daughter Rachel (Simon Williams) of Estherville; and her mother Joanne Cowell. She is survived by: her husband Roger Redig; her parents-in-law, Melvin and Betty Redig; her brother-in-law Rick Hilbert; her granddaughters, Erica, Riley Williams and Remi Redig; her brother Tom Cowell; and her siblings-in-law, Marcia Hilbert and Randy Redig.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Aurelia Public Library.
