She was predeceased by: her parents, Josef Mikulicz and Stefania Mikulicz (Aleksandrowicz); her siblings, Ted, John, Leo, Stephen Mikulicz, Olympia Currie and Wanda Mikulicz; and her granddaughter Lindsey Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Jack E. Johnson; her children, Aurelia, Karen Lloyd of Fort Dodge, Roger (Shelley Johnson) of Peterson, Patricia (Ken DeBreau) of Gurnee and Richard (Connie Johnson) of Urbandale; and her grandchildren, Trevor (Shelby Lloyd), Whitney (Nick Ford), Traci (Matt Beerbower), Ashley Bates (Brent Zieman), Trista (Mark Mikkelson), Emily (Brady Bonin), Tiffany (Tyler Kruid), Ryan (Ruthanna Johnson), Caely Johnson, John DeBreau and Michael DeBreau. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Cherokee Regional Medical Center Hospice or The Gardens Assisted Living in Cherokee.
