She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Blake and Agnes Marie Blake (Scott); her husband Teeny; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Anderson (Benna); her siblings, Rolan, Russell, Don Blake and Muriel Hasenwinkel; and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Hasenwinkel, Harry Anderson, Paul Anderson, Marvin "Mardy" Anderson, Harold "Yubby" Anderson, Donna Blake, Peggy Blake, Nina Anderson, Phyllis Anderson, Mary Anderson and Melva Anderson.
She is survived by: her son Dr. David (Jeanie Anderson) of Odebolt; her grandsons, Bryan (Jeanie Anderson) of Cypress, TX, Bradley (Marlene Anderson) of Cherokee, Todd Anderson of St. Paul, MN and Troy Anderson of St. Paul, MN; her stepgrandsons, Brad Kelley of St. Petersburg, FL and Steve (Erin Kelley) of New Hope, MN; and her sister-in-law Annette Blake of Cherokee. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren.
