She was predeceased by: her parent Marion Hackett; her husband Harold Dyslin; her mother Mae Hackett (Schieuer); her siblings, Karen Rae Bergert, Delora Jean Mitchell, Darrell Hackett and Duane Hackett; her brother-in-law Duane Mitchell; her niece Kathy Mitchell; her sisters-in-law, Joanne Hackett and Iva Jean Hackett; and her great-nephew Nicholas Volkert.
She is survived by: her children, Gwen DuBois (Roger) of Hartley, IA, Brad Dyslin (Cari) of Yorktown Heights, NY and Melissa Dyslin of Norfolk, NE; her grandchildren, Andrea Highstreet, Sandy Soden, Tammy Salzkorn, Heather Salzkorn, Mason Dyslin, Tanner Dyslin and McKenzie Dyslin; and her sisters, Carol Gerjets (Don) of Cherokee, IA and Phyllis Campbell (Lee) of Smyrna, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
