She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Bengtson and Ruth Bengtson (Sellden); her husband Don Tietgen; her siblings, Dennis Dean Bengtson and Delores Mueller; her brother-in-law James Mueller; her nephew Greg Mueller; her cousins, Barb Waters Arneman, Carl and Fran Sellden; and also, Grant (Laverne Tietgen), Mel (Irene Ehrhardt), DeWayne (Gladys Van Auker), Wayne (Mable Tietgen), Val Tietgen and Lee (Shirley Tietgen).
She is survived by: her children, Donna Barr (Smokey) of Kansas City, Randy Tietgen (Sheila) of Sioux Center, Mike Tietgen (Lesley) and Steve Tietgen (Molly) of Destin, Florida; her grandchildren, Julie York (Brandon), Ryan Barr (Katie), Sarah Schroeder (Jason), Brittney Vander Lugt (Cory), Blake Bruns (Stephanie), Bailey Jensen (Evan), Tonya Reynolds (Charles), Tatem Morrow (Dan) and Tristan Tietgen; her great grandchildren, Kirsten, Jaden, Jett, Tenley, Tate, Kinzer, Keira, Rylan, Ryker and Lucas; her cousin Bruce Bengtson (Ruthanne); and her niece Kristin Bonfigt. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Donna Barr, 8004 NE 74th Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri 64158., to be placed in the Jaden York Trust.
