She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Haldin and Esther Haldin (Larson); her husband Richard Amon Mickelson; her siblings, Lyle (Joyce Haldin), Richard (Donna Haldin) and JoAnn Obman; and her brother-in-law Lester Bjorklund.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Mickelson of Johnson City, TN, Michael (Deb Mickelson) of Blue Springs, MO, Mark (Lynette Mickelson) of Shawnee, OK, Jennie Mier of Cherokee, Julie Mugge of Cherokee and John Mickelson of Cherokee; her grandchildren, Amy Lynn (Jon Henry), Ben (Kellie Wohlford), Aaron (Chrissy Mickelson), Graig (Casey Mickelson), Haley Mickelson, Alicia Mickelson, Brittney Mickelson, Austin (Amanda Dwine), Jeb Mugge and Josh (Nicki Mugge); her sister Kay Bjorklund of Des Moines; and her brother-in-law Kenny Obman of Rembrandt. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter.
