He is survived by: his sons, Keith (Jodi) and Kevin (Rosa); his sisters, Loretta Campbell of Audubon and Donna Cramer of Iowa City; and his nieces and nephews, Mike Stiles (Debra), Mary Jo Krauel (Mike), Kathy Thomsen (Gene), Jane Phalen (David), Linda Gaulter (Kent), David Campbell, Denise Keep (Jerry), Brian Cramer (Jeanne) and Lisa Edeker (Brian).
