A.; his sister Cindy (Victor Madsen, Jr.) of Audubon, Iowa; his nephew Mark Madsen (Emily Welch); his great-nephews, Sam of San Diego, California and Jack of San Diego, California; his nephews, Jeff Madsen of Northfield and Eric (Ashley Madsen); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maverick of Audubon, Iowa and Avery of Audubon, Iowa. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
