Neil Eugene Schroeter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2022, at the age of 72, Neil Eugene Schroeter (Audubon, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Schroeter (Overgaard) and Harold Schroeter; his sister Verla Heath; his brother-in-law Ben Heath; his nephew Jeremy Heath; his brother-in-law Stephen Gronseth; and his parents-in-law, John W. and Lucille Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Lavonne Nelson; his daughter Leslie Irwin (Matt); his granddaughter Luci of Elkhorn, NE; his son Trevor Schroeter (Rebecca) of Forest Grove, OR; his siblings, Carol Gronseth of Atlantic, IA and Douglas Schroeter (Sherri) of McKinney, TX; and his sister-in-law Carol Miller (Monti) of Granger, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He loved having fun with Luci and spent hours on FaceTime watching her play when they could not be together in-person during the pandemic.
