She was predeceased by: her parents, Rasmus Johansen and Johanna Johansen (Hansen); her husband Max Warren; and her siblings, Everett (Bernice Johansen), Waldo (Frances Johansen), Elsie (Folmer Juel), Dorothy (Pete Petersen), Leroy (Margie Johansen) and Robert (Nelda Johansen).
She is survived by: her daughter Linda McKinley of East Peoria, Illinois; her grandchild R. J. (Randi McKinley) of Peoria Heights; her great grandchildren, Julian and Sydney; her grandson Jason McKinley of Morton Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Atticus, Anakin and Ava. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
