Mary Ellen Quandt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2020, at the age of 99, Mary Ellen Quandt of Audubon, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel J Ross and Edith Iola Ross (Johnson); her husbands, Lawrence "Ted" D. Moreland and Reverend Harvey G. Quandt; her daughter Alice Mary May; her daughter-in-law Patricia Moreland; and her brother George (Virginia Ross).
She is survived by: her children, Paul Moreland, David (Catherine Moreland) of Smithsburg, Maryland, Jane Ann Wyckoff of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Rosalee (Keith Christiansen) of Blair, Nebraska and Mark Moreland of Dallesport, Washington; her son-in-law Stephen May of Audubon; her grandchildren, Tara Jackson, Cameron (Lisa Moreland), Lindsey (Luke Schreiber), Joan (Paul Bundy), Janell (Mark Remsburg), Nichole (Ryan Onken), Timothy (Christina Wyckoff), Barbara Ryan, Curtis Wyckoff, Jay Christiansen, Marie (Bryant Mock), Luke (Heather Christiansen), Stephanie Brown (Ryan Workman), Bailey (Aaron Hanson), Kobie (Jorge Guzman) and Ted (Shahayla Moreland); and her stepgrandchildren, Kris (Jeff Burk), Timothy (Julie Quandt), MacAdam (Natasha Smith) and Richard "Rocky" (Jordan Smith). She is also survived by 37 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the First United Methodist Church in Audubon, Iowa.
