She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edward and Hilda Zinke (Kristensen); her husband Duane Hilsabeck of Saviour's Lutheran Church; her parents-in-law, Virgil and Mae Hilsabeck (Avey); her sister-in-law Sheryl Zinke (Musfeldt); and her niece Robin Kilgore (Swanson).
She is survived by: her children, Greg (Shannen Hilsabeck), Jeff (Anthon Hilsabeck) and Linda (Kenneth Joseph); her grandchildren, Hilary Hilsabeck of Rwanda, Hannah Barnes (Colton) of Cherokee, IA, Hunter Hilsabeck (Brittany) of Winterset, IA, Rachel Hilsabeck of Des Moines, IA, Daniel Hilsabeck of Adel, IA, Andrew Joseph of St. Louis, MO and Derek Joseph (Kelly) of St. Charles, MO; and her siblings, Shirley Swanson (Ron) of Audubon, IA and Rich Zinke of Audubon, IA. She is also survived by her five great-grandsons, nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Saviour's Lutheran Church (326 Leroy St, Audubon, IA 50025). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
