It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Madsen of Audubon, Iowa, who passed away on May 24, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Madsen and Sophie Madsen (Lauritsen); his granddaughter Carissa Madsen; his siblings, Leona (Glen Fulton), Emmert Madsen, Einar (Dorothy Madsen), Harold (Betty Madsen) and Alton; his nephews, Kenny Madsen, Harold Madsen, Jr. and Richard Madsen; and his niece Mary Jane Spangler.
He is survived by: his sons, Curtis (Kim Madsen) of Neligh and Darin (Gina Madsen) of Mooresville, Indiana; his wife Janice Madsen of Audubon, Iowa; his grandchild Robbie (Bailey Madsen); his great grandchild Hallie of Monrovia; his grandchildren, Abby Madsen (Jake McNabb) of Pittsboro and Cody Madsen of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his sister-in-law Rose Madsen of Audubon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
