It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Frances Whitehead of Audubon, Iowa, born in Battle Creek, Iowa, who passed away on November 19, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Andresen and Frances L. Andresen (Madsen); and her husband Darrell Whitehead. She is survived by: her children, Ronda Arnold (Mike) of Paynesville and Brian Christiansen (Jess) of Omaha, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Nate Arnold, Heather Arnold, Jake Arnold (Vanessa), Lexi Christiansen, Maddy Christiansen, Livy Christiansen, Erin Christiansen and Chelsea Christiansen; and her great grandchild Elizabeth Arnold.
Memorials may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church in memory of Kay and mailed to the Schmidt Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 201, Audubon, IA 50025.
