He is survived by: his children, Matt Kiger (Jill) of Logan, IA, Andy Kiger (McKenzie) of Carroll, IA and Jacque Kiger of Maysville, MO; his grandchildren, Gavin, Maria (Matt), Brianna, Dominic and Fletcher (Andy); and his brother Dennis Kiger of Coon Rapids, IA..
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home - Audubon (515 S Division St, Audubon, IA 50025). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the First United Methodist Church - Audubon (428 Washington St, Audubon, IA 50025). A committal service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Arlington Heights Cemetery. A reception was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church - Audubon (428 Washington St, Audubon, IA 50025).
Memorials can be made in his name to the Athletic Department at Audubon High School and left or mailed to the funeral home at PO Box 201 - Audubon.
