He is survived by: his wife Sharon Weitl of Audubon, IA; his children, Dr. Sherri Weitl-Harms of Kearney, NE, John Weitl (Angie) of Omaha, NE, Angie Hupp (Lorne) of Platte City, MO, Father Michael Weitl of Madonna House, England and Ulla Siedenburg of Hamburg, Germany; his grandchildren, Benjamin Harms (Gabi Gudino), Shaylee Kreutzer (Philip), Andrew Harms (Ruth Waterfield), Halli Smith (Matthew), Jarrett Weitl, Savannah Weitl, Allissa Reyes (Robert), Brianne Hupp, Joslyn Hupp, Jalynn Hupp, Evangelynn Hupp, Michael Hupp and Gabriel Hupp; his great grandchildren, Elliot Kreutzer and Sophia Kreutzer; his siblings, Noreen Havermann, Janice Klaus (Paul), Gary Weitl (Mary), Sharon Wicker (Ken), Gene Weitl (Polly) and Dave Weitl (Kris); and his siblings-in-law, Bernie Hirman, Bob McGowan (Fran), Karen Leiting (Monte), Ron McGowan (Jing), Rich McGowan, Bill McGowan (Barb DeWitte), Jan Nelson (Richard), Dr. Mike McGowan (Janet), Larry McGowan (Wendy) and Judy Netsch (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
