She is survived by: her husband Rudy Cosby; her daughter Donisha Elaine of Audubon, Iowa; her sisters, Diana (John Ballou) of Audubon, Iowa and Peggy (Larry Winegar) of Runnells, Iowa; her nieces and nephews, Tina Ballou of Ankeny, Iowa, Paula (Phillip Lehman) of Des Moines, Emily Truitt (Toby Knoop) of Des Moines, Iowa, Ashley (Robby Snyder) of Carlisle, Iowa, Bill Anderson, Michelle Landers of Exira and Laura (Paul Knight) of Carroll, Iowa; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dakota Lehman of Tempe, Zachary Truitt of Indianola, Cora Knoop of Des Moines, Dallas (Emma Knoop), Owyn Lack of Carlisle, Iowa, Emerie of Carlisle, Iowa, Aden Snyder of Carlisle, Iowa, Alexys Jo Ellen Anderson, Jerix Squires of Exira and Cooper Anderson of Council Bluffs, Iowa; her aunts, Ardis Eiben of Corpus Christi and Joyce Anderson of Eudora, Kansas; and also Wesley of Jordan.
