It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Krauel (Audubon, Iowa), born in Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on January 6, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Jennifer Krauel of Carter Lake, IA and Jeanette "Jean" Krauel of Carter Lake, IA; his grandchildren, Amanda Krauel of Omaha, NE, Tanner Lamer (Sara Hamm) of Omaha, NE, Kaisa Neal (Brent) of Shenandoah, IA, Bailey Rolfzen of Omaha, NE, Takoda "Kodee" Krauel of Carter Lake, IA, Dustin Workman of Carter Lake, IA and Joedee Gonzalez of Carter Lake, IA; his great grandchildren, Charlee, Jonah, Keegan, Brayson, Liam and Piper; his brother Norman "Norm"; his nephews, Daniel Krauel of Council Bluffs, IA and David Krauel (Emily) of Council Bluffs, IA; his aunt Fay Krauel; and his parents, LeRoy Krauel and Mable Krauel. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials to the Coon Valley Amateur Radio Club of Audubon or the Buena Vista County Amateur Radio Club of Storm Lake.
