It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Mae Owen (Audubon, Iowa), who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Holger Knudsen and Mable Knudsen (Nelson); her husband Ernest Owen; her daughter-in-law Nancy Owen; her great grandchild Karmen Grabill; her siblings, Herman Knudsen, Mildred Knudsen, Luella (Art Ball), Mary Jane (Richard Andersen) and Shirley Barrnes; and her sister-in-law Martha Knudsen.
She is survived by: her son Ron Owen of Audubon, Iowa; her grandchildren, DeEtte (Troy Grabill) of Manning and Derek (DarylLynn Ridgeway) of John's Island; her great grandchildren, Ben Grabill (Ashley Steffes) of Adel, Isaac (Courtney Grabill) of Manning, Eliza (Blake Cadwell) of Manilla and Richard (Amy Ware) of Bernardsville; and her brother Ivan Knudsen of Newton, Kansas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
