He is survived by: his parents, Laurie Nieland and Donald Nieland; his sister Mikayla Schoeppner (Ethan Schoeppner); his nephews, Charlie and Harrison Schoeppner; his sister Tia Nieland (Ethan Ausburn); and his grandmother Judy Balk.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. A Mass was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Lawrence Church – St. John (1607 N West St, Carroll, IA 51401).
