He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Godfrey; his grandchildren, Sally, Matthew, Marcia, Sharon, Andrew and Andrea; his wife Cindy Finley of Auburn; and his children, Janice Cook of Sacramento, CA, Lisa Finley of Sacramento, CA, Sally Stoffregen (Jason) of Auburn, Matthew Ortner (Deann) of Auburn, Marcia Ortner of Waukee, IA, Sharon Stone of Adel, IA, Andrew Ortner (Abby) of Auburn, Andrea Ortner of Fort Dodge, IA and Byron Finley (Jessica Eischied) of Lytton, IA..
