He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldron Farley and Sybil Farley (Converse); his wife Phyllis (Foster); and his siblings, Virginia Farley, Beverly Head, Beth Atkinson and Lyle Farley.
He is survived by: his children, Joe Farley (Jennifer), Sarah Paulsen (Brandon) and Sam Farley; his grandchildren, Grace, Logan, Adaline, Gus and Griffin; and his siblings, Jim Farley (Marty), Raymond Farley (Oleta), Stephen Farley (Patty), Roger Farley, Toni Plowman (Jerry), Barb Winter (Tom), Elaine Hardman, Jacquie Sheeder (Darrel) and Laura Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to the family for later designation.
