He was predeceased by: his uncles, Ray Planck, Harold Planck and Dale Kuhr. He is survived by: his parents, Jack Planck and Darlene Planck (Kuhr) of Atlantic; and his siblings, Thad Planck (Sheiree) of Atlantic, Kelly Planck and Chip Planck (Acacia) of Omaha.
