She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Bernard and Frank Bernard; her husband George Mally; and her siblings, Bill, Earnest, Tom, Ruth and Margaret.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven (Tammy) of Everett, Washington and Kenneth (Leslie) of Weaverville; her granddaughters, Brittany and Jasmine; her son Thomas of Monument; and her grandsons, Tucker and Nathan. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
