Ron Shipley Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ron Shipley of Atlantic, Iowa, born in Nampa, Idaho, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Shipley and Mary Shipley (Clark); his wife Betty Shipley; his former wives, Jacque Shipley and Pamela Helm; his stepson Joe Campbell; his brothers-in-law, Ron Brenzier and Floyd Doddema; his nephew Lonnie "Toot" Shipley; and also, Wesley and Laverne Brown.

He is survived by: his former spouse Mardell Brown; his partner Mardell Shipley of Atlantic; his daughters, Tina Mitchell (Shawn) of Springfield, Kari Lachacz (Mark) of Grimes and Jenny Hart (Charles) of Irving, Texas; his stepchildren, Rose Campbell, Bonnie Campbell, Michael Cornelius (Deb), Robert Weddle (Holly) and Chad Weddle; his grandchildren, Jacob, Madison, Kileigh Lachacz, Kelcie Thomas (Cody) and T. J. Ford; his stepgrandchildren, Raymond Cornelius, Antonio Rivera, Jay Stuetelberg (Michelle), April Costanzo (Angelo) and Misty Ginapp (Thomas); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Desire Haggard (Brandon), Micah Stuetelberg, Jordan Grandgeorge, Jordan Costanzo, Emmalee Costanzo, Jayden Campbell, Ethan, Brooke, Bella, Jaxon Cornelius and Piper Haggard; his siblings, Lonnie Shipley (Elizabeth), Sandy Brenzier and Carolyn Doddema; and also Tinsley Thomas. He is also survived by cats; and many nieces and nephews.
