He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wayne and Dorothy Marie Cook (Henderson); his brother Darrin Cook; and his parents-in-law, Delbert and Darlene Kirchhoff.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Cook of Atlantic; his sons, Michael Cook (Russell Neal), Brian Cook (Lisa) and Jason Cook (Trisha); his grandchildren, Grace, Peyton, Kyra and Owen; his siblings, Donna Skow (Bob) of Atlantic and Garry Cook of Atlantic; and his sister-in-law Michelle Cook of Bennington, NE. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Memorials may be directed to the family for designation at a later date.
