Robert Cooper Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2024, at the age of 90, Robert Cooper (Atlantic, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Maurine Alcorn and Robert William Cooper; his siblings, Margaret'Peggy" Jean (Faga), Betty Lucille (Littler) and Donald "Donnie" Edwin; and his wife Carol Juanita Smith of John's Catholic Church.

He is survived by: his children, Denise Kay Cooper Kluever (Ned) of Norwalk, Iowa, Douglas Robert (Laurie) of Holden, MO and Michael Dean (Kristi) of Swisher, Iowa.; his great grandchildren, Jeff, Holly Kluever of Norwalk, Tracy Kluever of Urbandale, Rob, Andrea Cooper, Mason, Mara of Elk River, MN, Christopher Cooper, Collin, Brielle of Holden, MO, Nathan, Casey Cooper, Emmalyn, Autumn of Swisher, Iowa, Kaci, Jordan Uthoff, Monroe and Abner of Ely, Iowa.; his sister-in-law Marilyn Wagers of Redfield, IA; and his friends, Bob, Dorothy Oaks, Dick and Alberta Millikan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
