He is survived by: his daughter Jackie; his parents, Ralph L. Smith and Grace Smith; his brothers, Charles and Robert; his wife Betty; his children, Jacqueline Smith of Atlantic, IA, Sharon Elmore (Jay) of Howell, MI and Thomas R. Smith of Knoxville, TN; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Nicholas, Ashina, Alexandria, Andrew, Kyle, Michael and Christina. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, and granddogs.
