It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Opal Baier of Atlantic, Iowa, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Pelzer and Ruby Pelzer; her son Arnold; her significant other Randall; her son-in-law Craig Keast; and her brother Basil Pelzer.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Baier (Barbara) of Griswold, Kelly Baier (Shelly) of Cedar Rapids and Kristi Keast of Mount Vernon, IA; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Baier (Dave Holst), Fritz Baier (Melisa), Kate Beenken, Sam Baier, Aaron Keast, Eliza Easker (David) and Gabe Keast. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
