She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Adams and Hazel Adams (Westover); her husband Glen Dale Curtis; her sister Opal Spooner; her siblings-in-law, Bud Spooner, James Lindvall, William Dean, Marvin Drake, Dean Lyle Curtis (Joe), Duane DeWitt, Ervin Andersen and Ruby Andersen; her granddaughter Alison Curtis; and her granddaughter-in-law Lindsey Curtis.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Curtis (Nancy) of Atlantic, Jim Curtis (Beverly) of Eldridge, IA, Kathy Waggoner (Ted) of Marne, IA and Roger Curtis of Griswold, IA; her grandchildren, Rachel Curtis (Joel Catlin), Evan Curtis, Thomas Curtis and Christopher Curtis; her great grandchildren, Ali Jean Curtis, Wyatt and Willa Catlin; her sisters, Lois Dean (Lindvall) of Atlantic and Ramona Drake of Woodbury, MN; and her sister-in-law Geraldine Curtis (Gerri) of Griswold. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
