With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phil Marshall of Atlantic, Iowa, who passed away on March 16, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Thomas, Sr. and Dolores Eileen Marshall (Hough); his wife Patricia Anne Lowers of Atlantic; his children, Mindy Clem (Matt) of McAllen, Mike Marshall (Mandy) of Hilo and Karen Menagh (Shawn) of Highland Ranch, Colorado; his grandchildren, Laura Clem, Brock Marshall, Makenna Menagh, Taylor Clem, Colby Clem and Gavin "George" Menagh; his sister Mary Ellen Askew (Glenn) of Wichita Falls, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Sam Spinello of Malibu, California, Linda Eilts (Ross) of Massena and Barb Mackey (Jay) of Maryville, Missouri; and his children, Trevor Chicoine, Monsignor Lawrence Beeson, Knights of Columbus Council, Debbie Murphy, Ecclesiastes, John, Elsa Casey, Diedre Casey, Pat McCauley, Processional, Offertory, Communion, Recessional, Hunter Bagshaw, Zach Bagshaw, Doug Kelly, Matt Freund, Chuck McLaren, Dick McLaren, Mark Wedemeyer, Pete Scanlan, Connie Stoke, Marilyn Freund, Linda Fief, Nancy Hepler and Peter. He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces and nephews; and many long-time friends.
