He is survived by: his spouses, Kathleen Buboltz Oct and Kathy Lett of Atlantic; his sons, Jeremy Lett (Tracey) of Anita, Jason Lett and Tanya Essington of Atlantic; his grandchildren, Jamie Madden, Hope Bowker of Atlantic, KL, Jazzlynn Waters of Anita and Jozie Lett; his friend Preston Murphy of Anita; his great grandchildren, Alina Madden, Keagan Madden, Naivey Madden and Nora Madden; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Hopkins (Kenneth) of Brentwood, Judy Ring (Ron) of Neola, Mike Carey (Karen) of Camdenton and Jeff Buboltz (Eve) of Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
