He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Phillips (Harvey Moyer) of Council Bluffs and Pamela Rairdin (Brent) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his sisters, Alice Phillips of Mason City, IA and Ilene Phillips of Carson; and his siblings-in-law, LaVonne Miller of Persia, IA, Shirley Phillips of Harlan, IA and Gary Janssen (Dawn) of Indianola, IA. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
