He was predeceased by: his parents, George O. Skellenger and Gertrude E. Skellenger (Tereick); his brother Loren Skellenger; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Skellenger. He is survived by: his wife Helen Skellenger of Atlantic; his stepchildren, Linda Lantz (Gary), Rita Chesnut (Alan) and Russell Steffens (Gloria); his children, Kim Skellenger and Jody Rayl; his brothers, Vernon Skellenger and Charles Skellenger (Janet); and his sister-in-law Tammy Skellenger. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
