She was predeceased by: her mother Josephine Maggie Johnson (Freilinger); her husband Wayne Earl Chase; her father Harold Johnson; her parents-in-law, Wilford and Irene Chase; her children, Phillip Allen Chase, Lawonna Faye Fredricksen, Charlene and Kathleen; her sister Margret Louise; her stepsister Dora Darlene; and her grandchildren, Dawn Michelle Bell and Anthony Joseph Schoemann (TJ).
She is survived by: her children, Connie Jones (Chris) of Atlantic, Harold Chase (Caroline Tarca) of Cedar Rapids, Larry Earl Chase of Atlantic, Mary Irene Johnson of Onawa and Rose Moore (Aaron) of Atlantic; her son-in-law Kris Klinghammer of Atlantic; her brother Earl Johnson of Harvest, Alabama; and her brother-in-law Larry Chase (Kaye) of Indianola, Iowa. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren.
