He was predeceased by: his father Clayton Harms; his wife Sandra "Sandy" Lindell; and his sisters, Marlene Harms and Wendy Goerzen. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Harms; his children, Luke Lindell (Amy Carroll), Isaiah Harms (Kelsey), Sarah Beatty (Aron) and Noah Harms (Chris); his grandchildren, Dylann Hayes, Kashton Lindell, Ben, Rachel "Liz" Harms, Shiloh, Elijah and Jonah Beatty; and his sisters, Diane Meyers (Ron), Lynette Koetting (John) and Jennifer Martinez (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Kansas State University Agricultural Department or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
