He is survived by: his wife Shirley Louise Smith; his son Douglas Wayne Jensen (Rebekah) of Atlantic, IA; and his granddaughters, Courtney Jensen of Omaha, NE, Jada Jensen and Makenzie Jensen of Atlantic, IA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
