She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Tibben and Dorothy Tibben (Marnin) of Atlantic; her husband Richard Hinkel; her grandparents, Michael, Lelia Marnin, Clarence and Anna Tibben; her brother Vernon Tibben; her nephew Christopher Tibben; her niece Jennifer Erb; her brother-in-law Charles M. Cumming; her sisters, Janet Klute (Fred) of Atlantic, Virginia Tull of Centerville and Kathy Seiberling (Randy) of Baxter; her nieces, Sarah Zach, Kelly of Lake City, Carrie Bauer (Michael) of Audubon and Cheryl Eggert-Ackerman (Billy) of Centerville; and her nephew Eric Nelson (Mindy) of Walnut. She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Huntington's, Good Samaritan fund at the Heritage House or Zion Lutheran Church.
