He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Stevens and Delores Stevens; his child Lou Ann Ratzlaff; and his brother-in-law Ed Atwood. He is survived by: his significant other Lou Ann Ratzlaff; his children, Jacob Stevens (Shauna), Sean Stevens (Amy) and Rebecca Klinghammer (Austin); his grandchildren, Gunner, River, Bryson, Wyatt, Evelyn and Penelopy; and his sisters, Lynnette Johnson, Michelle Atwood and Jacalyn Stevens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Atlantic Animal Shelter in Jeff's name.
