She is survived by: her husband Bart Blake; her children, Debbie Hibbert (Dave), Randy Blake (Chris), Roger Blake (Gerri) and Tom Blake (Beth); and her grandchildren, Matt Hibbert (Heather), Kim Mottert (Jason), Zach Hibbert, Ashley Otte (Joel), Bria Schechinger (Nate), Bennett Blake (Kirstin), Courtney Brewer (Matt), Amanda Blake, Alisha Wagner (Tyler), Katie Bateman (Sam), Nathan Blake (Melinda) and Amber Blake.
