With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Ward (Atlantic, Iowa), born in Carbon, Iowa, who passed away on April 4, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cross and Eliza Cross (Robison) of Atlantic, Iowa.; and her great grandchildren, Erika and Michelle Roy. She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Ward; her children, Michael L. Ward (Susan) of Buffalo, Missouri, Linda Minear (John) of Livonia and Diana Young (David) of Casey, Iowa; her grandchildren, Jackie Roy (Joe) of Springfield, Julie Minear of Springfield, MO, Amanda Roof (Neil) of Avoca, Ashley Jacobson (Scott) of Ankeny and Joshua Young (Brenda) of Council Bluffs, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Brady, Justin Roy, Braden, Brantley Young and Chloe Jacobson; and her sister Atha Johnson (Bill) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and their families and friends.
