He was predeceased by: his parents, Estell Mitchell and Mabel Ellen Mitchell (Wilson); and his wife Susan Mitchell. He is survived by: his friend Mike; his children, Dianna Mitchell of Atlantic, Donald Mitchell (Debora) of Council Bluffs, Dennis Mitchell (Jerilyn Main) of Olathe, KS, Douglas Mitchell of Atlantic and Danita Story (Neil Booher) of Lewis, Iowa; and also, Bill Garrison, Paul Garrison (Mary), Joe Garrison, Charlene Keck (Bill) and Gloria Davenport. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Cass County Relay for Life; an organization that Frank made donations to for many years through the donated bikes he sold at the store.
