He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvie Sigvald and Hattie Elida Britson (Hinderaker); his siblings, Allan Britson (Kathleen), Louella Lynch (Joseph), Ward Britson (Eleanor), Orlan Britson (Nadine) and Wallace Britson (Peggy); his father-in-law Harold "Whitey" Wentzel; his brother-in-law Loran Wentzel; and his grandson-in-law Jason Jensen.
He is survived by: his brother Wally; his wife Bonnie Mae Wentzel; his children, Rolene Britson, Nancy Lehman (Randy), David Britson and Ann Davis (Tim); his grandchildren, Zort Jason Brown (Andi), Christopher Lehman (Brit), Whitney Jensen, Daniel Britson, Sarah Britson, Cale Thomas Davis and Sidney Davis; his great grandchild Zort Caleb Brown; and his cousin Bill Hinderaker (Anna Jane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
