He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Schuler and Evelyn Schuler (Cocklin); his wife Jane; and his brothers, Murry, Kenneth and Dorland.
He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Schuler (Sheryl) of Atlantic and Alan Schuler (Diana) of Atlantic; his grandchildren, Tiffiney Baumgarden (Aaron) of Kansas City, Christopher Schuler (Jessica) of Kansas City, Amanda Will (Cody) of Wiota, Nicholas Schuler (Sydney) of Boone, Joshua Schuler (Cecilia) of Cumberland and Emily Groves (Matt) of Cumberland; and his stepgrandchildren, Tracey Love (Eric) of Waukee, Chris Kelley (Joni) of Elliott and Megan Mullin (Andy) of Omaha. He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren.
