It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Gude of Atlantic, Iowa, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Thomas and Agnes Caroline Jacobsen (Christensen); her husband Arnold Gude; her parents-in-law, Elmer and Dagney Gude; her sister Alice; and her siblings-in-law, Egon Simonsen, Jerry Gude, Betty and Ranald Hansen.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Gude (Diana) of Atlantic, Mary Moore (Denny) of Maryville, TN, Dave Gude (Pam) of Harlan, IA and Paul Gude (Annette) of Atlantic, IA; her grandchildren, Frederick Gude (Sara) of Lenexa, KS, Melissa Gude (Paul Perkins) of Little Rock, AR, Jennifer Roberts (Elliott) of Bennington, NE, Jill Cloud (Jason) of Fort Mills, SC, Kelly Richardson (Ken) of Knoxville, TN, Laura Wall (Brandon) of Rosemont, MN, Sara Reznicek (Dan) of Billingham, WA, Jeffrey Gude (Tiffanie) of Atlantic, IA and Amanda Petersen (Chris) of Elk Horn, IA; and her sister-in-law Donna Gude of Elk Horn, IA. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
